Greetings from Butterfly Land! This week we've seen not only our first arrival of encaustic butterflies from Kim Andersen, but also our first butterfly from Italia sent in by the talented Palma Rea! Also, from someone who many of you probably already know, a beautifully crafted butterfly from Terri Kahrs, dripping in her signature colors and style. This brings our total to 66! There were also several more people emailing this week expressing an interest to join in. Can we reach 100? 200? I know it depends on new people reading about the project on different blogs or via word of mouth. Appreciation goes out again to those of you who've posted the information on their sidebars or told others in their communities.
A reminder too, to get your butterflies completed and mailed to reach us in time for the book draw on November 30th.
