I'm enjoying exploring the world of Steampunk - something I'm not familiar with and had it not been for The Capolan Group, I'd continue to be in the fog about this 'genre'. The challenge for me is to find a way to express it that isn't Punk or Goth or Retro-Revival.
Below, a second effort with a definitive Daliesque touch -
Effort #3 - combining the 2 above

Trudi this is amazing. I love the whole steampunk thing and must try it myself. She is very funky!

Different. I never heard of this. I like what YOU have done. :)Bea
i think you nailed it!
Great job Trudi! I have some steampunk elements that I want to play with myself.
ooooo.......
Well now, if that doesn't promote a penning...what would!
Great entry into the Steampunk genre, Trudi. Hugs, Terri xoxo
yes, this is very interesting-- steam punked.
and Dali was very unique, very different and very much out of his mind-- great corporation of all the elements
I think you have found your niche!!! Honestly Trudi - these pieces are so well put together and extremely creative. Wonderful work my friend
Beautiful work! I like #1 the best. I have a lot of angst over this project, but you have given me some great ideas. It had not occurred to me that you could use just a face. I had the idea that you had to use a whole person in period costume modified in some way to make it steam punk. Again, simply lovely!
Oh ! I like your steampunk, very very nice !
