Collage Obsession Weekly Challenge #22 - "Overall"

Time is running out this week for the Collage Obsession Weekly Challenge and even though I am not satisfied that this collage is complete...it is far enough on its way to post before the deadline passes.

Here is the original photo (old photo of 5 the U.S. Congressional Secretaries - 1920)  and while I had wanted to create something surrounding the "OVERALL" theme NPI!!!, I just listened to my muse. 



And my 'work in progress' altered representation....

    So, I'm on Zeus's laptop, on my trip and it's slow and I see the great picture and I'm wondering what you did to it and sloooooooowly it creaks down to our picture and I burst out laughing. Of course, zeus has to get off the bed, stop watching the tennis match to come over and then he goes back laughing too. :)bea
